Gift card terms
The short version of how LocalPickr gift cards work.
Who issues them
LocalPickr gift cards are sold and issued by LocalPickr, a service of Offlico Ltd.
Where you can use them
Use a gift card to pay for bookings with LocalPickr professionals who take payment online when you book. Look for professionals you can book online. You can use one gift card per booking payment.
How long they last
A gift card is valid for 12 months from the day it's sent: the day it was bought, or the send date you chose. Any balance left after that expires.
Using part of the balance
If a booking costs less than the balance, the rest stays on the card for next time. If it costs more, you pay the difference by card.
Cash and refunds
Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash. If you bought a gift card and nobody has used any of it, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it.
If a booking is cancelled
If a booking you paid for with a gift card is cancelled and refunded, the gift card part goes back onto the card, as long as the card hasn't expired.
Keep the code safe
Treat the code like cash: anyone with it can use the balance. If you lose the email, contact us and we can send it again to the person it was sent to.
